Hanzi Writer offers subscription plans (monthly and/or annual) that unlock premium features such as unlimited daily practice, AI-powered custom topics, and an ad-free experience. Subscription prices are clearly displayed within the app before purchase.
All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.
If a free trial period is offered, your account will be automatically charged the standard subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Canceling a trial does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until their next renewal cycle, at which point the new price will apply.

Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall remain in effect.
The application is intended for general audiences including minors under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the application shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the location where Yibai Online is based.
